The Al Yalayis Bridge project is a major infrastructure development in Dubai, UAE, designed to support the city’s expanding transportation network and ensure long-term mobility improvements. The bridge structure required a robust and highly efficient temporary works solution capable of supporting large loads at significant heights while meeting demanding construction schedules.
BrandSafway provided approximately 120,000 m³ (4,237,760 cu ft) of the ID 15new shoring system for the construction of the bridge, reaching heights of up to 21 m (69 ft). In addition, MKII and DU-AL Beams were supplied to support the overall structural requirements of the project.
The project presented several engineering and logistical challenges due to the scale and height of the bridge structure. The temporary support system had to safely carry substantial loads while maintaining maximum stability and efficiency throughout the construction process.
A key requirement was the successful completion of load testing in accordance with strict local regulations and project specifications. In addition, the large quantity of equipment and the demanding project schedule required precise planning, seamless logistics and reliable on-site support to ensure uninterrupted progress.

The ID 15new shoring system provided the necessary load-bearing capacity, flexibility and safety performance required for the 21 m (69 ft) high bridge construction.
